Dividend policy

SFS intends to target a dividend pay-out ratio of around 35–50% of the annual consolidated group net income.

Dividend payments will amongst others be dependent upon the availability of sufficient distributable reserves. Dividends issued by the company will be declared in Swiss Francs.
