SFS acquires German supplier of fastening systems for flat roofs

On April 1, the SFS Group is acquiring Harald Zahn GmbH, a leading supplier of fastening systems for flat roofs. With this acquisition, SFS is strengthening its market presence in the German and Austrian construction industry. In 2025, the flat roof specialist Zahn generated sales of around EUR 8 million with 45 employees.

Harald Zahn GmbH develops and manufactures high-quality and innovative fastening systems for flat roofs. The company, headquartered in Wiesloch (Germany), was founded in 1981 and generated sales of around EUR 8 million in 2025 with 45 employees.

By acquiring the company, SFS is expanding its market access in the German and Austrian construction industry as well as its range of flat roof services. The acquisition also opens up international growth potential for the product solutions of Harald Zahn GmbH.

The company will still be based in Wiesloch and will become part of the Fastening Systems segment, which manufactures mechanical fastening systems for the construction industry.
