The Board of Directors of SFS Group AG has appointed Susanne Jung as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of SFS. She will join the Group Executive Board of SFS when she takes up her new role on January 1, 2023. In addition to strengthening the HR organization, her appointment is also related to succession planning in Corporate Services. Claude Stadler will step down from the Group Executive Board at the end of 2024 and focus more intensively on other business activities.

The Board of Directors has appointed Susanne Jung as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the SFS Group AG in order to improve the positioning of HR within the SFS Group and to strengthening HR. Susanne Jung has extensive experience in a variety of HR management positions in international and industrial environments, making the 45-year-old extremely well qualified for the task. In her role as CHRO, Susanne Jung will be appointed as a member of the Group Executive Board (GEB) with effect on January 1, 2023.

Her appointment as CHRO is also related to succession planning in Corporate Services. Claude Stadler would like to devote more time to business activities relating to his family that, in the long term, are neither compatible with his current operational role as Head of Corporate Services nor his role as a member of the GEB. He will leave the GEB at the end of 2024.

The Board of Directors and Group Executive Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Claude Stadler for his loyalty and his longstanding, successful work in the area of Corporate Services. He was instrumental in shaping its development from the IPO (2014) to today.
